Join the Cobb County Radio Control Club as we celebrate 59 years of operation as an award winning AMA flying club.
We are dedicated to training new and experienced pilots and helping others enjoy the skies as we all do.
This year the Open House will be a multi-faceted event.
It will include the usual great flight demonstrations but will include much more.
Check out the new surface track on the south field.
We will have interactive stations set up for various activities including RC rock crawlers.
There will be a swap meet taking place on the south side where much buying and selling is expected.
Admission to the event and parking is free.
A hot dog and hamburger lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30.
The costs are: $10 for adults, $5 for minors, or $15 for a family of 1 or more children.
The gate will open at 9:00am and the event will continue to 3:00pm.
Open flying for members will be restricted during the event but can take place over the lunch period and after the event.
The south field will be closed for flying all day but both types of aircraft can be flown on the fixed wing side during the times above.
